Resource Integration Center (RIC) is a well-known NGO that works towards the socio-economic development of marginalized communities in Bangladesh. RIC is currently looking for qualified individuals to join their team in various positions. This job circular provides an opportunity for individuals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of the underprivileged.

Position Details

  • Zonal Manager: Responsible for overseeing multiple branches within a specific zone and ensuring effective implementation of projects and programs.
  • Area Manager: Responsible for managing operations and activities in a designated area, including project planning, monitoring, and evaluation.
  • Branch Manager: Responsible for the overall management of a specific branch, including staff supervision, resource allocation, and project coordination.
  • Branch Account Officer: Responsible for financial management and reporting at the branch level, including budgeting, accounting, and financial analysis.
  • Credit Officer: Responsible for assessing loan applications, conducting credit risk analysis, and ensuring timely loan disbursement and recovery.

Requirements

The following qualifications and skills are required for the respective positions:

Zonal Manager:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in the development sector.
  • A master’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and teams.

Area Manager:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management.
  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Branch Manager:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a managerial role.
  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Good interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Branch Account Officer:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or finance.
  • A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

Credit Officer:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in credit analysis or loan management.
  • A bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of microfinance principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
