Responsibilities and duties:
A. ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES: Administrative duties of the mill including control of workers/
employees, handling of mill litigation and performing other duties.
b. Production and Quality Control: Keeping the production of the mill running
and always monitoring for quality control of the products produced.
c. Mill Maintenance : Mill maintenance, over hauling, new parts
Oversee additions etc.
d. Buying and Selling: Mills used to check the quality of purchased wheat if it was profitable
Making purchase arrangements by verifying the correct weight. produced similarly

e. To look after the immovable property of the mill, repair, maintenance,

f. To perform other duties as assigned by the Managing Director.

experience:
A. At least 12 years in equivalent position in similar industrial organization
b. Must be proficient in office management.
c. Preference will be given to MBA degree holders.

Educational qualification
Minimum B.Sc (Mechanical Engineering) from a recognized University.
