Conditions and information to be observed by the candidates
(1) Applicants for the said posts should apply on white paper to “Secretary, Bangladesh College of Physicians and Surgeons (BCPS), 67, Shaheed Tajuddin
Ahmed Sarani, Mohakhali, Dhaka-1212”.
(2) Complete CV of the applicant in the application form namely: (a) Candidate’s full name in Bengali and English (Capital Letter), (b) Name of father/husband, (c) Name of mother,
(d) Name of post (e) Permanent address, ( f) Present Address, (g) Date of Birth, (h) Age as on 17-08-2023 AD (j) Religion, (j) Nationality, (k) Educational Qualification,
(l) Details of Experience (d) National Identity Card Number ( d) Bank draft/pay order number and (n) mobile/phone number to be mentioned. The application form must be signed by
the candidate and the name of the candidate must be written on the back of each photograph.
(3) Candidates must along with application form (a) Attested copies of all certificates of educational qualification and experience issued by gazetted officer first class (b)
Character certificate issued by gazetted officer first class (c) Citizenship certificate from Union Parishad Chairman/Municipal Chairman/Ward Commissioner ( d) Attested
03 copies of recent passport size photograph and (e) Attested photocopy of national identity card should be attached.
(4) The application of the applicant who obtained 3rd division/class or equivalent grade in any examination under any board or university will not be accepted.
(5) Applications of candidates who have appeared in the respective examination in case of educational qualification will not be considered.
(6) Only work experience in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous or similar organizations will be considered for the said posts.
(7) Employed or departmental candidates must apply through their respective appointing authorities. No advance copy of application form will be accepted. (8) The
applicant must mention the name of the post on the envelope. An applicant cannot apply for more than one post.
(9) Freedom fighter/martyr freedom fighter father/mother freedom fighter certificate of job candidates as son/daughter of freedom fighter/martyr freedom fighter (signed and countersigned respectively by the
Secretary of the Ministry of Freedom Fighters Affairs of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh Government and Hon’ble Minister/Minister of State/Advisor / Year 1997-2001 Attested copy of
Bangladesh Freedom Fighters under the Parliament countersigned by the then Hon’ble Prime Minister) should be submitted along with the application form.
(10) A bank draft/pay order in favor of “Secretary, Bangladesh College of Physicians and Surgeons” for serial No. 1 to 3 posts of Tk.500/- and
for post No. 04 Tk.200/- (irrevocable) should be attached with the application.
(11) The application form of the candidate must reach the office of the undersigned by registered post/courier service or in person directly at the office of the undersigned by 2.00
PM on 17-08-2023-AD in sealed envelope. Applications sent by post or by any other means after the said date or time will not be accepted.
(12) After preliminary selection of applications received only eligible candidates will be called for examination. Application form containing untrue/false information/incomplete/
incorrectly filled will be rejected without assigning any reason. The decision of the authority will be considered final in the case of application verification.
(13) Age relaxation in appointment of departmental candidates.
