Application Process
To apply for a position in the Bangladesh Office of the District Judge, Rajshahi, interested candidates need to follow the below steps:
(a) Candidate’s name, (b) Name of father/husband, (c) Name of mother, (d) Permanent address, (e) Present address, (f) Date of birth, (g)
Candidate’s handwritten application form before District Judge, Rajshahi. Age as on 25-10-2023 AD, (h) Nationality, (j) National
Identity Card Number, (j) Religion, (k) Own District, (l) Mobile Number, (d) Educational Qualification, (d) Experience ( if
any) to be mentioned.
Application form Chairman, Recruitment Selection Committee, Additional District Judge, 3rd Court, Rajshahi next 25-
10-2023 AD by 05:00 hrs during office hours by post or directly to the box kept in the said office.
No application will be accepted after the said date and time. Candidate
age should be 18-30 years as on 25-10-2023 AD. Affidavit regarding age will not be admissible.
The following documents should be attached with the application form:
A. Attested copy of educational qualification certificate.
b. 03 (three) copies of passport size color photographs taken recently attested by a gazetted officer of
first class. c. Character certificate issued by first class gazetted officer.
d. Citizenship certificate issued by Mayor/Ward Councilor/Municipal Mayor/Chairman of Union Parishad of
local city corporation.
Dr. Attested copy of National Identity Card/Birth Registration Certificate. f. One
1.5 inch x 4.5 inch return envelope containing the stamp of TK.10 (Ten) along with the name and address of the candidate.
Employed candidates must apply through appropriate authority.
150/- (One Hundred and Fifty) Rupees for each post towards examination fee to “Chairman, Recruitment Selection Committee,
District Judge Court, Rajshahi, Account No-461930200834, Sonali Bank Ltd., Court Building Branch, Rajshahi” through
Payment Order/DD/Direct. Deposit through Voucher Original Receipt of deposit should be enclosed with the application form.
Defective applications will be considered rejected.
Date, time and venue of written and other examinations of eligible candidates will be intimated through the admit card and
published on the website rajshahi.judiciary.org.bd.
Candidate must produce original copies of educational qualification and all other certificates at the time of interview.
No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the examination.
The post name must be clearly mentioned on the envelope.
The Authority has the power to reduce/increase the number of posts advertised and to cancel this notification partially or fully
save Prevailing
recruitment rules/other rules/order formalities of Govt will be duly followed.
The decision of the authority in the matter of appointment shall be final.
