Memorandum No- 46.00.0000.063.. 015.22-1038 Dated 04 July 2023 A.D. Exemption of the following order as per Municipal Employees
Employment Rules 1992 in Betagi Municipality. Applications are invited subject to the stated conditions from the genuine citizens of Bangladesh to fill the
vacancies through direct recruitment on temporary basis.

1. Interested candidates are required to write in Bengali with full name signature on white paper (a) Candidate’s name (b) Father’s name (c) Mother’s
name (x) Present address (o) Permanent address (5) Date of birth (g) Age on date of application (h) Educational qualification (j)
Experience (a) Religion (c) Marital Status to apply. Phone or mobile number should be written below applicant signature in application form for
communication.
2. Application form must be computer composed. On 14/08/2013 Cloudy during office hours
Betagi Municipality, Upazila: Betagi, District Barguna should be reached by post/courier service or directly.
3. 300/- (two hundred) rupees bank draft/pay-order in favor of Mayor, Betagi Municipality, Upazila: Betagi, District:
Barguna should be enclosed with (c)
no. 4 Candidates age should not be more than 18-30 years as on 14/08/2-23 AD. In case of children of freedom fighters, the age limit
is up to 32 years.
5. The applicant has to submit the following documents attested by a gazetted officer of the first class along with the application. (a)
Transcript of Educational Qualification. (b) 03 (three) copies of recent passport size color photographs (c) Character certificate. ()
National Identity Card or Birth Registration Certificate. (e) Original copy of citizenship certificate issued by City Corporation
Mor/Councillor/Municipal Mayor/Councillor/UI Parishad Chairman. (f) Central Command of Bangladesh Mukti Joddha Sangsad countersigned
by Hon’ble Minister of Bangladesh Mukti Joddha Sangsad as per Government’s latest instructions for recognition as children of genuine freedom fighters.
Freedom Fighters 6 signed by the Chairman of the Council. Fifteen
names and district name of the candidate should be clearly written on the upper left side of the pad while sending the application form.
2. Defective or incomplete application forms will be rejected outright without assigning any reason.
8. An additional one of ” x 4″ size containing his present address by the candidate to ensure dispatch of interview card to correct address
5 (five) rupees should be sent along with the application form with postal stamp. 9.
Concealment of any information or failure to submit a certificate from the competent authority regarding the information or resorting to any lobbying will
be considered disqualification of the candidate.
10. In case of departmental candidates should apply through appropriate authority.
11. Only shortlisted candidates will be issued interview cards to attend the written and oral tests and the recruitment committee
The appointment letter will be given to the finally selected candidates. 22
The candidate must produce the original certificate while appearing in the Maufiq examination.
13. No other form of TA/DA will be granted to the candidate for appearing in written and oral examination.
14. The Authority reserves the right to cancel or suspend the recruitment process at any stage.
