BRAC is the world’s largest non-governmental development organization that has been working on
sustainable poverty alleviation through the implementation of socio-economic programs since 1972. BRAC
Microfinance is providing savings and microcredit services to more than 65 lakh families in 2,600 branches in
different parts of the country through about 30,000 employees with the aim of improving the lives
and livelihood of marginalized people. Interested and eligible candidates are invited to apply for the following
posts in BRAC Microfinance Programme:
Program organizer, demand
The program organizer will select poor and limited income families through field level survey,
disburse loans, collect loan installments and savings at scheduled time and ensure customer service in
the fastest time.
Educational Qualification: Post Graduate or equivalent degree from any recognized educational institution.
Experience: Microfinance or as Sales Representative / Market Relationship Officer
Preference will be given to candidates with experience.
Work Place: BRAC Field Office.
Salary: As per company policy.
Benefits: Festival Allowance, Maternity/Paternity Leave, Gratuity, Provident Fund, Health and Life
Insurance, Performance Bonus, Incentive, Commuting Allowance and others.
