BSTI Job circular-2023

Application Submission Conditions:

(2) Age limit: a) 25-06-2023 AD. Applicant’s minimum and maximum age on the date will be 18-30
years. b) Age of 18 to 32 years for candidates who are sons and daughters of brave freedom fighters/martyred freedom fighters. No affidavit will be admissible for proof of age.
(3) The applicant shall mention in the application his last acquired educational qualification.
(8) In case of married female candidates husband’s permanent address should be used as permanent address.
(5) Nationality: a) Candidate must be a citizen of Bangladesh.
b) If a candidate has married or promised to marry a foreign national without the prior permission of the Government.

(6) Candidates serving in Government, Semi-Government and Autonomous Institutions must apply for permission from the appropriate authority and produce
the copy of permission at the time of examination.

(7) Additional 01 (one) set of attested photocopies of all certificates at the time of oral examination of the candidates who pass the written/practical examination.

d) No Objection letter issued by appropriate authority in case of candidates working in Government, Semi-Government and Autonomous
Institutions. e) By Union Parishad Chairman/Municipal Mayor/Ward Councilor of City Corporation as proof of permanent resident of the district.
f) National Identity Card/Birth Registration Certificate;
Citizenship certificate provided;
g) In case of applicants in different quotas, relevant documents should be produced and attested photocopies should be submitted. h)
Son-daughter or son-daughter’s son-daughter of the applicant freedom fighter/martyr freedom fighter The applicant who is the son-daughter or son of the freedom fighter/martyr-
Daughter or son-daughter’s son-daughter attested photocopy of his freedom fighter
certificate. j) If a candidate claims that any degree acquired by him from abroad is equivalent to any of the educational qualifications mentioned beside the above
posts, he must submit the original and attested copy of the equivalence certificate issued by the concerned Equivalence Committee to the interview board at the
time of oral examination.
(8) If any information or documents submitted by the candidate are found to be fake, false or non-conformity with the minimum conditions required in the notification, if proven false
or if the examination is faked or misrepresented, the candidature of the concerned candidate will be canceled and appropriate legal action will be taken against him. . The
authority reserves the right to take necessary legal action including cancellation of the candidature of any candidate who has passed the examination during the examination
or at any time thereafter if wrong information/fake documents are produced.

In addition to the recruitment circular and other terms and conditions related to the recruitment circular and complete rules for filling the application
form, BSTI website (website: www.bsti.gov.bd) and Teletalk (http://bsti.teletalk.com.bd)
It can also be found by directly accessing the job portal of Teletalk, the only national mobile operator of Bangladesh, on
the website or by scanning the QR Code at https://alljobs.teletalk.com.bd/bsti. Written/Practical/Oral schedule
and result will be published on BSTI office website: www.bsti.gov.bd. Candidates Schedule of Written Examination
The mobile number mentioned in the application will also be informed
through SMS. (10) Candidates will not be granted any TA/DA for appearing in written, practical and oral examinations.
(11) If candidature is not claimed under Veer Freedom Fighters/Minor Ethnic Groups/Orphans & Physically Handicapped/Ansar & VDP Quota filled online then afresh later.
No quota candidature claim will be entertained.
(12) A candidate shall not be considered eligible to apply if he has been convicted of any charge by a criminal court or dismissed from the service
of any Government or Autonomous Institution or local authority and two years have not elapsed since such dismissal. However
Legal action will be taken as per the rules if the application is kept confidential. (13) In
case of name, date of birth and any other error in the application form, there will be no possibility of correction at a later stage and the candidature will be canceled due to the error.
(14) The result of the examination shall be determined as per the candidate of the district of permanent address mentioned by the candidate. After submission of application form the candidate is permanent for good reason
Even if the address changes, the result of the candidate will be determined on the basis of the district mentioned in the application.
(15) The existing quota system of the Government and modified rules where applicable shall be followed in the matter of recruitment.
(16) The Authority reserves the right to reduce/increase/cancel the number of posts or make any changes in recruitment as per rules. (17) At the time of the
examination, one must participate in the examination following the hygiene rules at the examination center.
(18) The decision of the appointing authority shall be final in all matters relating to recruitment.
