Office of the District and Sessions Judge, Dhaka, for immediate filling up of a vacant post of Car Clerk for the Subordinate Department
of Dhaka Judiciary to facilitate the administrative work of the Dhaka Judiciary from among the candidates participating in the recruitment examination.
For the preparation of a separate panel, hand written applications are being invited from the permanent citizens of Bangladesh having the
mentioned qualifications against the mentioned posts subject to the following conditions.

Possess a valid driving license

application to the President, Recruitment Selection Committee and Additional District and Sessions Judge, 5th Court,
Dhaka Own District (g) Date of Birth (h) 20/07/2023 AD Age of Candidate (j) Nationality (j) National Identity
Card No. (k) Religion (l) Educational Qualification (d) Experience
(if any) to be mentioned. Application form by post on 20/07/2013 AD by 4.00 PM during office hours or
Direct President, Appointment Selection Committee President and Additional District and Sessions Judge, 5th Court, Dhaka
must reach along. Incomplete, defective and late applications will be treated as outright rejection.
Candidate age should be 18 to 30 years as on 20/07/2013 AD. But if the candidate is a freedom fighter or martyr
In the case of children of freedom fighters, their age is relaxable up to 32 years. Children of Freedom Fighters / Martyred Freedom Fighters
Attested photocopy of freedom fighter certificate of freedom fighter parent (duly competent authority) along with application form
signed and countersigned by) shall be submitted. No affidavit regarding age will be accepted. The following
documents should be attached with the application form:

(a) Attested copy of educational qualification.
(b) 03 (three) copies of passport size color photographs recently taken by a gazetted officer of first class.
(c) Character certificate by first class gazetted officer. (d)
Civic and Character issued by Local UP Chairman/Municipal Mayor/City Corporation Mayor/Commissioner
Original attested photocopy of certificate.
(5) Attested photocopy of National Identity Card/Birth Registration Certificate.
(f) A 9.5 inch X 4.5 inch return envelope containing the postal stamp of Rs.10/- along with the candidate’s name and address should be enclosed.
(g) Attested photocopy of driving
license. Job aspirants must apply through proper authority.

6. Defective applications will be considered
rejected. 7. Eligible candidates will be informed about written exam date, time and exam center admit card / mobile phone.
8. Candidates must produce original copies of educational qualifications and all other certificates at the time of oral
examination. 9. No TA/DO will be paid for appearing in the examination.
10. Power to reduce or increase the number of posts mentioned in the notification as necessary and cancel this notification in part or in whole
