Recruitment Notification
Applications are invited from genuine Bangladeshi citizens under the terms and conditions stated below for direct recruitment to the following permanent posts
of the Hindu Religious Welfare Trust under the Ministry of Religious Affairs.

 

Conditions:
1. The job application form should be downloaded from www.hindutrust.gov.bd and filled and applied to the Secretary, Hindu
Dharma Welfare Trust, 1/I, Paribag, Dhaka.
2. Job application form by 23/08/2023 AD direct to Hindu Welfare Trust, 1/I, Paribag, during office hours.
To reach Dhaka or by post.
3. A bank draft/pay order of Tk 200/- (two hundred) in favor of Secretary, Hindu Dharma Kalyan Trust should be attached with the application form. 4. Application
must be made in the prescribed form, otherwise the application will be rejected.
5. Preference will be given to candidates having experience in MS word, MS Excel and Power Point in related
work. 6. Candidates employed in Govt/Semi-Govt/Autonomous organizations should apply through appropriate authority.
7. Eligible candidates will be sent the date, time and venue of written/oral/practical test to their given contact address. 9.5×4.5 cm along
with unused postage stamp of Tk 10 (Ten) containing current contact address of the applicant. 1 size envelope should be
enclosed with the application form.
8. The candidate must be of Sanatan religion and a permanent citizen of Bangladesh.
9. No affidavit regarding age will be accepted.
10. If the applicant is the son/daughter (grandchild) of the freedom fighter/martyr freedom fighter, the applicant (mentioning the concerned veer
freedom fighter’s gazette/Indian list/red release number/number and date of periodical certificate/Bamud certificate number and date) concerned.
Certificate issued by the Chairman of Union Parishad/Ward Councilor of City Corporation/Mayor of Municipality should be produced.
11. All educational qualification certificates attested by Gazetted Officer, three copies of passport size photograph and character certificate by Union Parishad
Chairman/Municipal Mayor/Ward Councilor of City Corporation should be submitted along with the application form. The original certificate must be produced at
the time of oral examination.
12. Verification of Candidate Eligibility: If any information provided by the candidate or any documents submitted by the candidate is found to be fake, falsified or inconsistency/inconsistency
with the minimum conditions required in the notification/proved to be false or if the examination is fraudulent or malpractice, the candidature of the concerned candidate will be cancelled.
And legal action will be taken against the concerned candidate.
13. Candidates will not be granted any TA/DA for appearing in Written/Oral/Practical Examination.
14. Quota will be reserved as per government rules.
15. The appointing authority shall have full power to accept, select and reject the application for appointment without assigning any reason.
