from appropriate authority in case of employed candidates (d) MICR Bank Draft/Pay Order of prescribed value mentioned in the advertisement (e) National
Identity Card If there is no photocopy or national identity card photocopy of birth certificate (f) Proof of experience in case of those mentioning
previous experience (g) Copy of all publications (h) Turnitin report of all publications other than ISI and Scopus indexing

01. Candidates have to submit the application in the prescribed form of the University. Application form can be collected directly from
the Registrar’s Office during office hours or by sending a self-addressed envelope with an unused postage stamp of Tk 10 (ten). University
Application form can also be downloaded from the website (www.sust.edu).
02. MICR Bank Draft of tk.600/- (Six Hundred) or Pay Order of equivalent in favor of the Registrar, Shahjalal University of Science
and Technology, Sylhet for the post of Assistant Professor on any Scheduled Bank Branch (Postal Order not acceptable).
03. Hard copies of 08 (eight) sets of applications with all necessary documents along with each set by 22/08/2023
Reach the Registrar’s Office.
04. All the columns of the application form must be filled and if any column is not applicable then write not applicable. Otherwise

incomplete. 05. Employed candidates must apply through proper authority and original copy of authorization letter from authority

06. The envelope must mention the name of the concerned Department/Institute and post in clear letters.
07. University authorities will not be responsible for any delay due to postal communication.
08. No application or addition of any new documents or information will be accepted after the last date of submission of application form
09. Applications containing wrong information/concealed/defective/incomplete and late applications will be treated as outright rejection.
10. The Authority reserves the right to reject any application without and the Authority shall not be bound

11. All documents and photographs submitted along with the application must be attested by Gazette Officer 1st Class
or Teacher of Public University or 7th Grade Officer of Public University.
12. No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the interview. Candidate’s
publications and soft copies should be submitted along with the application. But published in journals other than Scopus/ISI indexing
Soft copies of publications should be verified by TURNITIN software and submitted along with reports. Softcopy should be sent to
