Notre Dame University Bangladesh (NDUB) invites applications for substantive positions of Associate Professor/ Assistant Professor, Lecturer and Software Developer & Server Administrator in the following departments/ sections;

Positions:

Associate Professor/ Assistant Professor in English (linguistics) Position: 01

Requirement and competencies : M.A. and a PhD with substantial teaching experience in a recognized university with publications and demonstrated expertise in area of specialization with OBE curriculum desirable; proven research record; strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Professor/ Associate Professor in Micro-Biology Position: 01

Requirement and competencies: M.S. and a Ph.D. in Micro-biology or closely related field of study, preferably from a foreign university; substantial experience teaching and laboratory supervision with academic administration leadership capability to lead a new department; demonstrated research record.

Lecturer in Micro- Biology Position: 03

Requirement and competencies: At least CGPA 3.5 in honors and masters; advanced degree (M.S./ M.Sc. or Ph.D.) in Micro-biology; candidates with university teaching and laboratory supervision experience to be given priority; publications in peer-reviewed journals desired.

Lecturer in Bangla Position: 01

Requirement and competencies: At least CGPA 3.5 in honors and masters; advanced degree (M.A. or Ph.D.) in Bangla literature from any recognized university; teaching experience will be given priority; demonstrated research interests.

Software Developer & Server Administrator Position: 01

Requirement and competencies: Minimum B. Sc (M. Sc preferable) in CSE with two (02) years’ experience in Software Development & Server Administration, WordPress, cPanel Hosting. and skilled in ReactJS, NodeJS. MongoDB & PostgreSQL. Management and maintenance of Linux Servers, Basic knowledge of network components. Experience with social media platforms, understanding of Google Cloud Plat- form (GCP) tools and services.

Salary will be paid as per NDUB Pay Scale (For exceptional and experienced candidate salary will be negotiated).
