Recruitment Notification
Applications are invited from genuine citizens of Bangladesh to fill up the following vacant posts under the revenue department of
Dhaka South City Corporation:
Name of the post and scale
of pay (as per J.B. Scale, 2015)

Senior Assistant cum Accountant
10,200-24,680/- (14th Grade)

Office Assistant-cum-Computer
Numerologist
9,300-22,490/- (16th Grade)

Accounts Assistant
9,300-22,490/- (Grade 16)

The following conditions must be followed:
(1) Candidate’s age limit should be 18 to 30 years as on 01.08.2023. However, the maximum age limit is 32 (thirty-two) years. Affidavit in respect of age
shall not be admissible in any case.
(2) Candidates working in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Institutions must apply with the permission of appropriate
authority. All the job candidates have to submit the original copy of no objection clearance issued by the hiring authority at the
time of oral test.
(3) The existing rules and regulations of the Government in respect of recruitment and any subsequent amendments to the relevant rules
shall be followed.
(4) No TA/DA will be provided for participation in written and oral examination.
(5) Candidate’s name, father/husband’s name, mother’s name, permanent address, present address, nationality, religion, date of birth, age, district name,
(6) Original copies of all certificates must be produced at the time of oral examination and attested offset photocopies of all
certificates must be submitted along with a print copy of the online filled application form.
(7) Citizenship Certificate and National Identity Card (Voter ID Card) or Birth Certificate issued by the concerned Union
Parishad Chairman/Municipal Mayor/City Corporation Ward Commissioner/Councillor in support of the permanent
address mentioned in the job application form, own district and nationality. Attested copy to be submitted.
(8) If the candidate is the son or daughter of a freedom fighter/martyr freedom fighter certificate (ministerial certificate, bamus certificate),
freedom fighter/martyr number and date and in case of job candidates as son/daughter of freedom fighter/martyr freedom fighter/
martyr along with the above documents.
(9) The latest decisions of the Government regarding quotas shall be followed in the matter of
recruitment. (10) All attestations / attestations shall be carried out by a Gazetted Officer of First Class.
(11) The authority reserves the right to reduce/increase the number of posts and cancel/amend the notification.
(12) Written and oral examination will be conducted for the said posts as per notification. Will pass the written test
be considered eligible for the oral test.
(13) Candidates who wish to participate in the examination can fill the application form on the website http://dscc.teletalk.com.bd.

The application deadline is as follows:
(i) Starting date and time for online application form filling and examination fee submission : 24 Shravan 1430 / 08 August,
2023 at 10.00 am.
(ii) Last date and time for submission of application form online: 09 Bhadra 1430 / 24 August, 2023 5.00

(iii) Candidates who have received User ID within the said period can submit the examination fee through SMS within
Next 72 (seventy two) hours from submission of online application form..
(14) The applicant has to pay 500/- (Five Hundred Taka) towards examination fee using Teletalk pre-paid
mobile.
(15) If there is any problem in applying online, call 121 or vas. Can be contacted at

(16) The decision of the appointing authority shall be final in all matters relating to recruitment.
In cases not mentioned, the latest regulations issued by the Government shall apply.
