Experienced, hardworking and honest officers/staff required to run productive and income generating microfinance and entrepreneurial
development loan programs of RDF, a national level private development agency; Appointments will be made in the following ranks and pay scales:

Post Name:
1. Program Manager
2. Loan Officer
3. Field Organizer

Other Benefits: TA for all posts (conditions applicable), Mobile Bill, PF, Staff Welfare Fund and Tenure Conditions:
Two (02)
festival allowances equal to basic salary will be provided after one (01) year.
• For post No. 01 motorcycle and for post No. 2 and 3 will have to drive bicycle/motorcycle to work at field level.
• A person accused of abuse of women and children and any other charges need not apply.
No suggestion is acceptable.
